Where we deliver

We deliver to your door in every district of Bangladesh. Delivery and import duty are included in the price of every product.

How long it takes

Each product shows its expected delivery date on the product page, in your order and at checkout. As a guide:

• By air: usually 18–24 days from your deposit.
• By sea: usually 40–55 days, at a lower price for larger furniture.

When an order has items with different delivery times, we deliver everything together when the last item arrives, unless we agree otherwise.

Tracking

We send you an SMS at each step: when your order is confirmed, bought, on its way, arrived in Dhaka and out for delivery. You can also track your order any time.

On delivery day

• Our team calls you before they arrive.
• Please pay any remaining balance before the items are handed over: cash, bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
• Check your boxes and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, wrong or missing.
